Diario de OGDoug, 16 dic. 23

I’ve been walking now for about a little over a month now. I’ve built up to about 4 miles in a hr.
I’d like to start to jog. Any suggestions on the best way to build up to jogging?

Try jog-walking to start. On your walks, try some short periods of light jogging, followed by more walking. Don’t get too scientific about it, just see how you feel with little bits of jogging. Over time you’ll probably find you can jog for longer bits. Eventually try using a timer and do things like alternating jogging for 1 minute, walking for 2 minutes. Eventually you’ll get to a point where you can jog for 10 minutes straight, or whatever reasonable goal you set.
