New Year challenges it will better than last year. Determined to move home and go back to sauna/steam room/swmiming and Gym using you as my inspiration.

The prize is when i get out hospital is not to break any more Bones , get reasonable fit and purchase a property closer to thea seafront and walk along it daily and achieve half what you done.
