Do you eat tempeh a lot? I eat tofu I have not yet tried it. Is it pretty similar?

MyanW, I do eat it fairly often. It’s a bit more “nutty” tasting than tofu. It’s quite good at soaking up the favor of whatever sauce you cook it with.
In this case, I used soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a touch of maple syrup to make the sauce.
