Ok, there's nothing profound in this one, it just made me laugh. I confess to studiously avoiding the scale today because I know I'm up. I had dinner with a friend last night and I didn't stumble, I sat down. Today I'm back on schedule but actions have consequences and it'll right itself in a day or so.
