I always over estimate what I eat since I'm only guessing but just like now I had to eat crinkle cut French fries and a chicken tender only thing available as I'm not home and it's from a gas station and no dietary info online I ate 20 fries 1 tender and logged it as Culver's large fries and hucks chicken tender, which is alot in carbs but I tore off the breading on the tender it's hard to log something that isn't no info online for it...and sometimes at home like when I had white cake the other day and I don't like it at all but I craved sweet stuff cause this is the week before I start my cycle and I eat more everytime anyway I logged it under the white cake with icing on here I gotta find a way of accurately tracking stuff I can't find info on or stuff that I eat but don't exactly know how to log it in the app without weighing it and doing it like that, so I usually go with whatever info I can find that's close enough to the food I eat especially when I am not home..
