Chilly, cloudy Sunday morning. Going to wash the car anyways as I’m still feeling like it was violated by those rodents. Car now smells pleasantly of mint and cinnamon. And will for the rest of its life. Moving on from that chapter but will remain vigilant.
Yesterday was a pretty productive day. Took care of the car and some other boring items off my list. Taking down the tree today, including winding up some 150’ of string lights. That’ll be fun. Rowed, skied and walked yesterday. Nice to be back to normal things. Need to figure out how I ended up with two accounts for the skier as one workout is not showing in my logbook. Not a big loss, but I’d like everything in one place for tracking. I’m back to making lists and working the lists. That habit got a little lost when all the chaos happened last year.
Yard is looking better, but I’m going to have to call someone for the trees. I can’t reach some things even with a pole saw and I’m not going to kill myself trying. Sometimes, life is about knowing when to ask/pay for help. Need another payday or two for that after the car. Trying to figure out if tomorrow is a work holiday or not. Meaning I assumed it wasn’t, but now it might be. I don’t want to log in because the work vortex will suck me in for hours.
Numbers, blob is finally going down, muscle back to where it should be. All i have to do is keep moving. After whining about the cold during the workweek, I was wearing workout shorts most of the morning and totally fine. It’s all about moving. As soon as I’m sedentary, it’s cold again. And yes, I watched a movie in bed under the covers because brrrr!
Time to quit sitting and move! Weekend rules. Press on, press on. Okay, i think i just felt a little earthquake. Fun. Definitely a baby one, but excitement for sure. I usually miss them because I’m doing stuff.
