Today was the day of the dreaded underwear picture... I can't see where I am looking any less blobby. I have to weigh in tonight so I can see what I am looking like there. After seeing the pictures, I don't expect much.

Which of course is frustrating. I feel like I have been doing great at being more active, keeping my calories in check- most days. It is just so disheartening.

But I feel like I am healthier, so that will have to be enough for now.

I reserve the right to be pissy-pants about this for the evening.

It takes more than 10 pounds of loss to see a difference. Usually 20 or more and you will start to notice.

That is a lie... I have lost 6 pounds and you can see a difference. you do not have to lose weight to see a difference, changing your body composition (lean muscle vs fat) will show a difference. Just keep going you will get there girl...
