I think that's usually the case for most people! Winter with all the treats and more sitting around. I am pretty much the same active-wise all year around! It's so frustrating. I can actually eat more, exercise less, and still manage to lose more in the winter. Idk why, it's not like it's super cold where I live and I'm shivering all day, lol.
