Ok no excuses. Starting treadmill again and making hubby do it right after me. Doc said if I don’t exercise and get my cholesterol down I would have to go on medication. I don’t want that soooo diet and exercise is the smart way to get everything under control.No more excuses although I was sick with a head cold last week. Now I’m fine.Taking out the dog we will feed the birds and start moving more. I have a pile of ironing I want to get done before the football game tonight.
