BEGINNING AGAIN: OCTOBER 1, 2009: About two weeks ago I became inspired to lose weight because of the partner dinner coming up. Well, as usual, the dinner came and went, and I gained back the small amount of weight I had lost. But this time around I tried the no carb diet, and I was surprised how well it worked. I'm actually not doing it well right now, but I want to get back into it.
So what I'll allow myself to eat is: meat, fish, eggs, poultry, veggies, and healthy oil What I won't allow myself to eat is: fruit, bread, pasta, rice, sugar, too much fat, bad fat, too much cheese, too much Atkins bars.
Let's see how I do.
