Cut part of a finger off at the start of December, recovery did not go well. Had a revision surgery a couple weeks ago, went very well. Couldn’t work out. Used that as an excuse to go off my eating plan. Self inflicted weight gain ☹️
Am back on track, new workout routines, eating properly. It’s a lifetime commitment to do the best I can. Detours will occur.
