oct 3: Have not eaten today yet. It's 1:24, and I'm going to treadmill soon. I wanted to jumpstart myself back into no carbs, get away from thinking about food too much. Although I exercised yesterday, I ate way too much for the last week. I was feeling sick, though, with one day of fever. But I need to get back into the rhythm. Biggest Loser has started again, which should be a help.
