Can I blame an epic Super Bowl party? I was basically very healthy until the party. All the “usual suspects” - 10 layer bean dip, burgers, beer, chips, cake, etc, etc, etc, etc.
I seem to do better during the work week, so let’s hope 🤞🏻I can regain the ground I’ve lost up to this point. Discipline, water, exercise!
