I am so proud of myself. I slipped a couple times this week. but.... I logged everything. I am going to start the next 2 weeks over again. like I haven't started yet. hopefully I won't plateau yet. if so I will have to incorporate more exercises in my days. so far no gym. just today to weigh in. . good luck everyone!
