what an awful day yesterday was. Firstly, a scam tried to catch me put with my banking details. I went to the bank luckily all good. but what I didn't notice when I came home ages after wards I had a grossly tight chest and a heart rate of only 30. it happened 4 times in a couple of hours. so I accidentally dilled 112 they got crossed and said, "Did I or didn't I need an ambulance I said no. they told me you have dialled 112, not 111. After talking to them. 111 was dialled, and they sent an ambulance. the girls who came to see me were very young, 20 and 25. they said I needed to go to the hospital for a check up.so at 17.00, I was in an accident and emergency. waiting until 21.30 before they saw me. took a blood test, then a chest x Ray. waiting until 21.50, I got told all was good. There was nothing wrong with me. The tightening of my chest was extremely high anxiety, and he said throw away my smart watch because many people have heart monterrey on their watches, and they don't pick up heart monterrey properly. They cause so much trouble. Anyway, I have now taken off the heart monterrey apps. The Dr said, "Listen to yourself and go by your feelings only." So, by 22.30, I was back home. bed by 1.00 am needed time to have something to eat and un wind. Today was a good, wonderful day with a friend Elaine and lunch in a pub. Food exquisite, company wonderful. Came home very quiet afternoon. But feeling my usual self. Now watching the Crown. Just the next bit of mine and Jim and my love story. We'll show Jim the college. He would pop by on his way home to his flat, only chit-chat (nothing else) these went on for a year. Just chatting, going for days out , pub lunches , pictures, beach, or country sidewalks. The next will follow tomorrow. On the last note, 0.6 up on my weight. ( enough said). Good night all. Much love as always, Merry Mel ❤️
