Just weighing in to keep myself honest, started back at crossfit last night, there is something satisfying about death in numbers. I have a pt bar session this afternoon I figure in for a penny in for a pound, tomorrow I may not be able to walk and perhaps I can shed a pound of flesh. Off to slay dragons and win with small victories, learning to love kimich xx
