Well week 3 of no drinking and a cleaner diet. Pretty sure my weight was 122 when I went for my yearly physical. Today my Dads scale says 118 but its hard to tell exactly. I want a digital scale so I guess that's on the list of things to buy... maybe I'll stop by Walmart after work. I'm going to enter both weights just to keep a record of how I fluctuate. Using the fat secret to be more accountable for my food. We had a cheat weekend instead of three days this week. We head to vegas in 1 month and I'd like to be in much better shape. When we get back we will be doing the gym on top of everything else. In the meantime we are going for runs everyday. Today we are up to 10 soccer field lengths... see how it goes. 8 jogging and 2 sprints - Only been doing this for a week but with the no drinking, cleaner diet and running we should be accomplishing something. Fatsecret helps to document everything - helps me to see the whole picture... not to mention accountability. Probably wont write in this everyday... but we will see.
