Diario de RNIFer, 28 feb. 24

Alright yall This 75 Hard is working lol 😴 Usually 45 minutes in the morning on the stationary bike and then a 45 min walk or jog in the afternoon. The intermittent fasting is going well. I think drinking a gallon of water a day has helped bc I’m not nearly as hungry. I had a really bad sugar craving and grabbed a pure protein peanut butter bar and it did the trick. Someone recommended collagen to me for my skin and hair and I had no idea it was protein ! Day 8 and I’m down 10 lbs and sleeping without needing Benadryl !!
