Not feeling well today 😔 I'm trying so hard not eating carbs and still my weight is at a standstill. Keeping with my macros and eating calories in my budget but nothing!!! at lunch I almost ate that fruit cake but put it back 😭 help!!!

Calories in vs calories out are right. But still there will be variations for sodium, intake water intake, etc. maybe adding some exercise to your routines at least 30 minutes a day and walking (I find walking helps) walking is moderate intensity cardio and we won’t feel hungry but high intensity ll definitely impact your hunger. It might be better if you try to increase energy expenditure rather than reducing energy consumption for example if your goal is 2000 and you want to make it to 1800 cal / day try burning 200 cal extra by doing some walking try to make 10 k steps per day for example if your doing 5k naturally try to do 3k more and make it to 8k then make it to 10k. One step at a time. And remember we are all in this together

Walking is the hack. You can listen to podcast or talk to your loved ones or listen to music. You can make those steps even inside home. Try to hit the steps and you be fine

I like carbs too much 😋 so I try to keep it to the natural stuff as much as possible (rice, barley, oats, etc) rather than the processed stuff. it's better on the blood sugar levels, and you don't get the carb crash afterwards.
