Good morning, it was a tough day yesterday. We were so busy in the morning and we had a very important appointment at 3pm so my husband and I didn't have time to stop for lunch , ended that we fast for 22 hrs instead of 16 that we usually do. We realize that it is doable. I was 0.8 lbs down this morning. Happy about it. Little by little my weight is going down. Now I am looking forward to see 120 . Have a good day🌺❤️
