Wazzz up my FS Mems; lol?

I am finally finding my motivation again. This morning I was happy to see that I am down a pound and half. HooHA!!! So the diet has been working and now I just have to get passed the soreness from running the stadium stairs (that was so much fun). I have been sore for a week, despite my hot baths and self massaging, I still hurt all over and I like it! :D Call me bizarre, but I enjoy being sore. It serves as a reminder that I am doing something right. LOL

So my gym bud left today and I didn't cry (I am so proud of myself; she taught me well). As of now, I have been catching up on some much needed rest after fighting a terrible cold.

That is the skinny on me. What is up with you all?

Running the stadium stairs sounds pretty hardcore and congrats on your weight loss. In honor of your weight loss and new hardcore workouts, you should journal every day for a week including the weekend so you can keep this new momentum up. Journaling helps me keep focus and you are pretty close to your goal so you'll be there in no time.

Lol MB; were you given an assignment to keep an eye on me? LOL That would not surprise me if you were given the assignment to check in on me. LOL ha-ha I think that is so sweet to ensure that WE stay on track. Ha-ha work that treadmill girlfriend; work that tred!

Hey, Hey Splendid first I want to say I am glad that you stopped by my page and showed your buddy some FS Love. LOL Secondly, my gym buddy will be back in 2 weeks or so! Don't scare me that way...She has to comeback lol. Nonetheless, I am delighted that I have friends like you to encourage me when I have a moment. I will do my best to journalize everyday for 1 week. You are one of the reasons why I continue to come on FS Splendid, I feel such support from you as well as others!

You are very impressive! I see many similarities between us! Emotions have been my problem & I know now why I was fat but it took my Dad dieing before I could figure it out. Or before I would face it! My highest weight was 305. I had gotten down to 165 then over the next 10 years I got back up to 250. I found fatsecret in Jan. 2008 when I was 238. I am so glad I found this site! Now I am 189 & have about more 30 to go. Then I will decide again. You go girl! I love your personality! I will keep an eye on you!

How cute pretty face! I love your screen name...Have you read my poem more than a Fat girl? I love life and love encouraging people. I got my eye on you too darlin. :D I am really inspired by your weight loss. Wow, I want that to be me down below the 200s. I can not wait until that day comes!
