Numbers for today 22,000+ steps; 9.4 miles today. On 650 calories taken in so far today. Not really hungry at all. Mostly drinking water finished my second 32oz cup of water on this last 3 mile walk.

@Leah_guffey got to get back to it from slacking while I was on vacation Monday and Tuesday. We got back yesterday afternoon and I did 3.2 miles and ended up burning actively 1407 calories by 10:30pm last night so got to loose those extra pounds I added those two nights.

I know that they wore me out today still trying to get enough energy to stand back up. Today is PI day we were selling pizza for $3.14 all day. We sold out before I left we had over 500...I cooked most of them and only had one oven. Joey just stood at the door taking orders and handing them out we were so busy. We will find out tomorrow if we beat all the other stores in the east Coast. As of 1pm we were in the lead... 🤷 I feel like I've been run over by a freight train I finally got to eat at 2:50 today I started work at 5:50am and stopped at 3:20pm.

@MommaCan it’s just routine I’ve been doing those kinds of numbers since February 22nd; except for this past Monday and Tuesday. I still hit goals but not as high as I would have liked. I still walked about 2 to 4 miles each day. Anyway thanks for the support.
