Diario de crstlgls, 15 mar. 24

So I was in the ER Wednesday night. I had severe constipation and am still working on it. I am not eating dairy until I am unconstipated. Am trying to eat fiber, with caution since I do not want to over-FODMAP myself, as that will only aggravate things.
I am using Gavilyte-C to try to get things moving. The hospital prescribed it for me and my GI doc is advising on how much to use.

The only thing I know works is saline magnesium citrate. It is finally available in stores near me again. When I use my benefits, i pay 4.75 a bottle. At Stop and Shop it is 1.19 per bottle, much more reasonable.

I am still having a headache and am not completely emptied out. I will need patience from the challenge people until I feel better. Then I will get back on it.
