first few days on here i thought i`ve no idea why i`m putting on weight, then i`ve looked at my brutally honest food diary, oh my god i had no idea i was eating so much crap....... when does that happen????

Ha ha ha..it's so true! I think I play games with myself thinking that it won't count if I just eat a bite of this or that! Adds up too fast!

i like the eating in the middle of the night cos it doesn`t count ha ha x

I know what you mean! I had no idea I was eating what I was! If you look back on my journals, I was shocked to know I was DRINKING the same amount of calories in a half of chocolate cake everyday. Journaling what you eat will change our eating habits. Good Luck!
