gooooooooood mornin everyone...was 39 when i got up this morning and thought about how i been lettin myslf down by not really keepin on track with my plan to get the weight off...havnt been stickin with what i put in my food menu thru the day and i havnt been gettin the exercise to burn off the calories like i once did...anymore when i get up in the mornings i have the intention to do my best, but then after breakfast there are all kinds of excuses that keep me from doing my routines...so today i decided with it being the weekend..today would be the start to a new beginning..went in an took out what i had in my food journal and decided to readjust on it...then after breakfast i decided to go out an ride that bike to no where for 30 min...that 30 went by quick...going to get on the floor in a few an do some crunches an get that workout over with...get back on track an back into that groove of gettin to my next mini goal...its been to long to get there...time to refocus an get my mind set back into the right phase of mind once again...i kno what i want...i just need to push myslf more to achieve it...quit slackin an just thinkin about it...actually get up an put this body into a exercise mode...have a great day everyone....
