Diario de loosinisfun, 11 oct. 09

goooooooooooood sunday mornin...35 here this morning ... brrrrr ....gettin layered up an gettin ready to go for that mornin walk...get back into the habit of walkin regardless of what the temps are outside...i have the clothes to wear as i have learned over the last 2 years and collected the right clothes for the colder air...i need to get bck into this healthy habit that has gotten me so far...one meal at a time ...one day at a time...just gotta get bck on track an believe in my self...i can do this...then i plan on gettin on the bike to no where an doing a routine on that..i did manage to do 2 x 30 min on the bike yesterday and a floor routine...an i tryed to eat better, but at supper i messed up...o well...todays a new day...a new start....have a greattttttttttttttttt day everyone....gotta get layered up an walkin...lol...

Hey, twin! Glad to see you layering up and walking! I'm gonna have to run in the cold so I need to find the right clothes to wear. Like me, you have to do both diet AND exercise in order to see changes on the scale. You've got the exercise going, now tighten up the eating! You can do it!

just got back from a crisp morning walk...seen 2 other guys out..one dressed like it was 70 degrees outside an joggin..other one dressed like me an joggin...im glad i had my 2 layers on..lol...coolin off an then headed out for a 30 min ride to no where...then ...will do another 30 after lunch an supper hopefully...tryin my best to get bck into that habit...

back when i was able to get some of the weight off..it was fun...now its like a never ending challenge...that i just cant seem to win...but my attitude just wont let me quit...
