so since i started this weight loss journey i have lost 17 lbs.don't get me wrong i have a long way to go....but i am so proud of myself right now!!!i just know i have to keep at it..and i can do it!!

awww...thank you both...i have to keep thinking the "i think i can attitude". otherwise it is easy for me to give up...and i really don't want to give up...i need to do this for me and no one else ...this is for my health.but thank you both again...i love this website ...it keeps me motivated!!:)
