Trying - following the same diet that I started last January. I did well up until September - then I started "treating" myself. Have to be positive - last year this time I was 203 lbs - yesterday I weighed in at 162.4. That's a lost of 40.6 lbs. Sure it could of been more but I need to focus on getting back on track and I know the Whole 30 diet works. My goal is to get to lose 27.4 lbs next year and getting to my goal weight at 135 lbs.
