gooooooood mornin...sinuses are better finally...so got up an went for a morning walk ...i enjoy my morning walks...best time to think and just get my head in the right frame of mind...have decided for now to turn the key to the gym in tomow morning on a morning walk...i kno the owner told me i could hang on to it till i decided to rejoin...but i dont feel right doing that...and besides...right now as long as the weather is walkable...then thats what i plan on doing...gonna try an get the bicycle tires aired up today as well...since its cooler...can ride that in the mornings or afternoons...get my butt acquainted with that uncomfortable seat that i padded last year...lol...get outta the gym for a while an just enjoy the outside morning weather..walk outside until it just gets to cold to walk...then rejoin gym an get my workouts there...well...need to get up an reorganize some things..hopefully move a few things to storage today...
