Killer workout last night. PRs. I think I'm looking at water retention.
87,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 0,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Herder. Powder City sounds like the bad side of town. Do you guys have a take on caffeine use while using creatine? It may chase fluids out, but if you ensure water intake, the creatine should still be efficacious, no?

I haven't read anything that would indicate it would be an issue. It appears that caffeine can be beneficial for workouts.

It's a non-issue, mostly seen as beneficial. Pre-Workout supplements all have some type of caffeine based stimulant. Helps get you going in the gym, it also helps in "burning" fat, or fat mobilization, "ECA Stack" was the most highly used combination, Ephedra+Aspirin+Caffeine. This has fallen out of favor somewhat, but still used be a lot of people. Many, many articles on the effectiveness, etc. I drink coffee, about 2 cups a day, no issues with water loss or loss of effectiveness using creatine. I usually have a pre-workout, Aminos+Electorlytes during workout, and Carbs+Whey Protein+Casein Protein afterwards.
