Don't beat yourself up!stay strong you have friends here and toe not alone we all have something we are dealing with. I stay on the lighter side my hubby is 20 year Marine and been through 4 wars. Life can't be any worse than that. Every day is a new day and a hopeful one. You can and will succeed! Happy New Year 

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back in the game. And if you're not sure about the significant other then don't do anything until you figure it out. If he doesn't make your heart sing then head for the exit!

Yes, take care of yourself first. When you get to a good place mentally and physically, you will be able to make better decisions in the future. 

Thank you all for the support I feel better my significant other was a marine for 16 years , I think he is dealing with all of that too . I will give it a month and hopefully figure it out. Peace to all of you and a Happy New Year , Jo
