goooooooooood mornin once again...46 outside an still rainin...high today is just 49...so gonna be a dreary day...gettin ready to dress an head out for a morning bike ride and to wake up...hate wakin up in the middle of the night like i did last night...then im still tired when its actually time to get up...did download a mp3 off of www.prevention.com for a 30 min workout...to do high intensity workouts...figured that would be a different workout for me an with it being on the bike...all i would have to do is get off bike an walk in the house if i got wore out from it..lol..one nice thing about ridin the bike to no where...not to far to get in the house...when your tired of ridin...well breakfast is over an im headed out for the first 30...have a greatttttttttttt day everyone...
