Day 2 - Did go well, had to stay busy. My sister and her kids went visit the other side. My mom was sick of cooking for a crowd so I desided to cook. Spent my the day in the kitchen. Ate all the foods I am allowed on Whole 30 (not suppose to calorie count) but looks like I was over in calories. But some of the foods I made are hard to count calories too. Made a sausage bake, with potatoes, red peppers, onions and garlic. Sausage is normally a no no on diets but we found one without sugar (hard to find) so it is ok on Whole 30. Then I baked cookies for my daughter, this was very tempting but I didn't eat any. They made it to the freezer- ready for lunches. Then I started on dinner Roasted Cajan Sweet Potatoes, Almond Crusted Pork Medallions, Almond Crusted Zucchini, Garden Salad with Ice Apple Wine Dressing - add it to the sausage bake - dinner for the crowd back from visiting their other family. My sister and her 3 kids go home today. It'll be nice to have the day to organize ourselves for work and school tomorrow. Their visits always puts a world wind in our house. They normally leave a trail and no food. Groceries is one thing on today's list.
