It almost 3pm...today was a semi bad food day but a good volunteering/walking day. I was hosting the teachers' luncheon for the PTA. I skipped breakfast, and I munched on salads and a few sweet treats but I walked my butt off! The back of my legs are killing me@ I didn't know my legs could hurt this much. AND I stayed away from the teacher's soda machine. In the past I would have 3-4 Coke cans during the event....today I drank NO Soda...just my bottled water that I brought with me.... :O)

all my munching is listed and it was as bad as I thought. I'm at 650 calories for today. I feel better since I broke it all down and put it on the website. I'm not hiding anything!

well done for staying away from the soda im terrible for skipping breakfast been trying to get up a little earlyer to fit it in well done an good luck shelley x
