Just realised I'm going out for dinner tonight for a mate's birthday - we are going to Pizza Express so I'm going to check the menu now and plan, that way I won't stumble at the first hurdle of all the choice, and I won't be the annoying friend looking at all the calories :-)

Good choice, looks like you've been careful with the puddings and drinks too!!! Lots of water to drink is helping me suppress the hunger pangs, old trick but does work. Good luck and most of all, enjoy your evening!

I love their Superfood salad but haven't got the faintest how many calories it has. Sometimes nutrition can outweigh them.

I was at pizza express last night and had that pizza. Had the goats cheese and caramalised onion one - gorgeous! Did share the trio of deserts with two other people but that was my treat. No real damage done but did put on 0.2kg. Much better than I would normally be though and back to normal today. Have a good evening
