Diario de _tigress_, 11 ene. 16

Damage control for Saturday. Tried fasting yesterday-went well till I ate marie biscuits. Who thought those unassuming plain biscuits would carry so many calories! :( Went downhill hill from there but stayed under 1000. Attempting to stay under 1000 today and tomorrow as well. Absolutely no cashews! :)

U only start making better choices in snacks as u get to learn more about calorie content of various foods and u can only learn by making those wrong choices. Most of us have learnt this way so don't feel too guilty about it. Your 1st few months should be all about experimenting with various foods, methods, etc. Once you find what you can manage then it will all be much easier.
