Just three days with this program and I have friend posting to me. How good is that....I walked today to 2 hours and 20 minutes and I try to do this three times a week, Mon. Wed. and fri...all the other days I ride a bicycle for 2 hours. I like that better. I really belive this is the one to get that weight off of me. Happy with this program and next Mon will start the challenge 20 lbs by march 19

Welcome Fred most of the people here are a good source you have a couple that like to stand on a soapbox every now and then but I think it's all well meaning we try to be here for each other moral support happy that you joined the group and hope that 2016 sees you reach your goal

I am not a big meat eater so I sub alot with beans for protein. Now of course I still eat meat but I don't miss it if I have enough low carb veggies with 1/2 cup of some kind of beans. Low carb diet I guess you could call this Diet of mine. I believe this is the best way to attack belly fat....most of my fat is not on the out side so it must be around the organs.....I am a carb junkie that is my problem....that is way I am fat.
