Diario de SjF60, 13 ene. 16

Went to Doctor appt. and I've lost 12 lbs since my last visit so since I lost weight I didn't have to have my A1C run. BP was also good so I keep losing and working out, I'll get even lower numbers. Glad I'm using FS!
