Has anyone tried the healthy meals delivery services in New Zealand for example muscle chow, swolefoods etc? I’m cooking daily - lots of meal preps every few days + cooking separate meals for kids etc and sometimes I wonder if having a few frozen healthy meals in the freezer would take some burden off me with this constant meal prep - any suggestions would be hugely appreciated

I freeze my meal prep meals but I reckon someone else’s cooking like those healthy meals places would be so much tastier - not sure if it’s because I’m making the meals, sometimes they’re so bland 🥲
