My weight fluctuates a lot. Even though I was not overeating for the past month, the lack of movement didn’t help. Been sick for few weeks, then sprained my ankle and walked on crutches awhile 🫣 I am all better now, even did two easy-going workouts for upper and lower body over the weekend. Started to slowly walk on a treadmill too. I am not making any drastic cuts for now, just trying to get back on track with the movement. The plan is to get back on carbs cycling and high-intensity training as soon as my body is ready.
