Morning: coffee, pre workout, zinc, magnesium, vitamin c and lots of water
Around 3 pm: 6 bananas, 3 apples and couple of rice crispy squares
Had overtime yesterday so I had couple of M&M cookies from tim Hortons so delicious
Then surprisingly neighbour from my apartment gave us cookies (more cookies 🤯) but I had them enjoyed the moment with my family
Then my beautiful wife made me some dosas and chicken curry
Awesome day
