ordered Dr. Jesse Chappus book Dark Calories to go more in depth on the vegetable oil controversy. makes some good points in the interviews. I might just have to get some dice assign values to numbers and roll dice to eat for the day. that will randomize calories, and fasting days. will have to use a food log. hmmmm. yeah I think I'm gonna do this.
