Yay! The birthday party bloat is gone and I've dropped past my last low point. Broke 190. :) Felt good fasting yesterday. I'm switching my lifting routine around so I may only be fasting one day per week, but we'll have to see. I may do two, but I would have to increase my calories on the off days. Still considering my options.
