Diario de biblioholic03, 21 oct. 09

Did Yoga X (hour and a half) last night and am a bit sore in my shoulders today, but nothing too bad. Am up in weight on the scale to 122.5, but I'm hoping that'll drop back down. I'm drinking about 72+oz of water a day to stay hydrated. I'm not so concerned right now about the weight, although it's frustrating, but really more focused on doing the workouts to change my fat (34%) to muscle since they're a different shape in the hopes that I'll be able to fit into some of my old clothes!

Today I have work, then cleaning a woman's house then come home to do my workout, so I'm sort of dreading working out that late, but...I'm going to do it!

Do you have the whole series of Px90? I keep seeing the commercial for it when I'm on the treadmill, does it work? Tina

Keep up the good work. Just keep pressing that play button and do your best. You will see results if you stick with it. I didn't have much weight loss but my clothes fit a whole lot better :)

I was getting frustrated too. My friend reminded me that I did not put the weight in over night and it would take time to lose it. Just keep doing the P90X workouts, they work. After just less than a month I am down 7.5 pounds, feeling stronger, more energy, and the workouts are not as hard.
