Elizabeth.....he was very good at explaining complicated things in an easy-to-understand and relatable manner. Quite a loss to the health and fitness world.

He pioneered the 5:2 diet and helped people reverse type 2 diabetes. They’ll be tributes on TV I’ll be watching them all.
