Just gave myself an opportunity to enjoy extremely before starting up a healthy meals(80-20) from tomorrow just to recover from injury quickly and get back to gym. And today’s calories were 4596 calories

Love it! - including the 'yummy food' in our daily calories is the best way to go! We will never feel deprived of our sweet tooth, even though they are 'empty calories', we can & we will enjoy every last bite!! LoL

Exactly @Nadja🙌 we won’t be needing any special treat meal separately if we include them every day and as long as they fit in our calorie deficit or maintenance it’s completely fine 😇
