It's the 13 day metabolism diet plan. It's great! You can loose between 9 and 20Kg in 14days. It's not a crash diet, but a metabolic change diet. After the 14day's you shouldn't gain the weight if you eat normally.(2years after) and if you use another diet supposedly you would still loose. BUT it's very strict not even a chappie is allowed or it won't work as it should. This diet may also be used a year after and not sooner than that as its hard on the kidneys. I lost 5,2kgs now and I'm on day 7...
