Thank you Val and yes slightly better then yesterday but I'm pushing forward and saying today's a Good day! 

Yum. I could not find cottage cheese yesterday. Was irritated.  

Morticia really?!? I have that issue here from time to time just because I eat the lactose free one. 

Girl - you crazy - putting Scotch Bonnet Sauce on your breakfast!!! LoL I love the flavour of hot sauces but I just can't take the heat!! Imma wuss! 🥵 

Nadja it's not spicy. Seriously it's like a flavored ketchup in my opinion.

Me too lol it was super hot out but I enjoyed every mintue now we are under a Tornado warning. Time for some iced peppermint tea and to kick my feet up hope you get to do the same too! 🥰❤🥰
