Traveling. Hotel gym is sad and depressing, I walked on a treadmill because it’s too hot outside and all they had here is treadmills. Tomorrow going for a hike and then heading home. So actually only 2 days off from lifting weights, since I did a workout before I left home yesterday. Not bad really. Eating whatever 😄 don’t care cuz it’s only a few days, it’s hot enough that I’m not that hungry, I’ve been in a deficit consistently lately, I’m still getting decent amount of exercise, and I’ll be back to normal habits in a couple days. I miss my dog but she is doing fine with the sitter.
