Guilt really is one of those emotions that can be a double edged sword but I think it is really important to fogive ourselves and accept that we can not possibly be 100% every single moment, every single day. It is just not reality. I personally found that once I gave up that idea of perfectionism it was easier to stick to eating better because I know if I "fall" I will get right back up and keep going.
